Tomm Tennent’s story is one that has touched many hearts over the years. Born in 1993, Tomm arrived with an extremely rare condition that caused him to have an excess of loose skin, making him appear far older than a newborn.
At birth, doctors were stunned. Tomm had enough skin to resemble a five-year-old child, something medical staff had never encountered before. His appearance was so unusual that it immediately became a medical mystery.
His father, Geoff Tennent, later recalled the shock of that moment, saying he never imagined a baby could look that way. Despite the surprise, the family remained focused on loving and protecting their son.
